AppUP is a registered student organization (RSO) at the University of Chicago that targets the college application process. We are a community service organization on mission to help high school students in Hyde Park navigate the transition to college.
AppUP was inspired equally by two things: our experiences volunteering in education, and the mentors that have been instrumental in our lives (parents, teachers, coaches, and many more). We owe a great deal to our mentors for their advice and guidance in making the transition to college.
Our comprehensive curriculum provides a unique combination of one-on-one mentorship and group sessions, so students have easy access to personal advice and general resources. Click here to learn more about our curriculum.
